  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours for them to be packed and ready to be shipped out to you

  • 51 Label is not responsible for any additional charges on custom duties and taxes nor cost of the international return shipping, should you refuse delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • In general, customs duties and taxes would still apply according to your countries' laws and regulations. 
  • However, if you're from the United States, there is a threshold value of USD 800, which means there would be no customs duties and taxes for any purchase below USD 800.
  • If you're from Hong Kong or Macau, there would be no customs duties and taxes charged on our products as well. 

Returns

Domestic Returns

  • Free returns on all orders in Singapore!

  • Need a different color or size? No problem, email us at ask@51label.co and we'll give you the returns instructions accordingly

  • For an exchange, simply drop us an email to let us know the right size you'd like to have your shoes in and we could arrange for delivery and collection immediately

  • As for a return, as long as it's within 14 days, we'd be able to take back the products in their original condition and process a refund to you. The refund would typically take about 5-10 working days to be credited to the credit card of purchase. 
  • Please help us ensure that the products to be exchanged or return are packed nicely in their original condition so that their next owners would be able to enjoy the amazing experience of unboxing just like you did.

International returns

  • For international orders, simply email us at ask@51label.co for the returns instructions. 

  • For an exchange, simply drop us an email to let us know the right size you'd like to have your shoes in and we could arrange for delivery and collection immediately

  • As for a return, as long as it's within 14 days, we'd be able to take back the products in their original condition and process a refund to you. The refund would typically take about 5-10 working days to be credited to the credit card of purchase.

  • Please note that the cost of the return shipping will not be borne by us. 

Things to note for returns

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we can accept unworn items with all original shoe box contents and packaging.

  • We offer free return shipping on all Singapore orders within 3 months of the shipping date! 

  • For international return, you can do so as well, however, unfortunately, we are not able to bear the cost of the return shipping!

  • Items will have to be in the same condition as they were received, including original packaging - tissue paper, shoe trees, travel bags and shoe horn

  • The shoes must be in the original condition and the leather bottom sole must be unscathed. 

  • We reserve the right to not accept any product that is not in its new condition. We seek your understanding on this because we will not be able to resell the items if they are not in a completely new condition. (To be fair to our next customer :D)

A US$25 restocking fee will apply to all returns that are missing original packaging materials, shoe horn, shoe bag or packing slip to identify order and process return.


Disclaimer: The consignee authorizes Mr. Gentleman (Singapore) LLP to import merchandise on his or her behalf. Furthermore, the consignee agrees that Mr. Gentleman (Singapore) LLP may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The consignee agrees to pay any applicable taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the merchandise.
