Returns and Exchanges

  • Please try your 51 Label shoes on a carpet or a soft surface to prevent marks and scratches from appearing on the soles
  • Do note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same condition as when you received them with the original packaging
  • The shoes should look unworn or used in general
  • We do not accept responsibility for products lost during a return delivery

Please send us an email at with the following information

  • Your name and order number
  • Return or exchange, if it's exchange, what size would you like? We also offer a different design or colour if it's stock!
  • Please note that the address for pickup or delivery should be within the same country as stated in the previous order, or additional shipping charges may apply


  • For a faster exchange process, we recommend placing a new order and arranging for a return at the same time. As always, we will remain responsive to your questions on the process of doing it, guiding you every step of the way
  • There will be no additional charges on shipping when you're ordering within Asia
  • One thing we can't guarantee would be the stock availability of the new design/colour that you order
  • For products that are not perfect upon unboxing, please contact us at within 24 hours to arrange for a free return and exchange
  • The conditions of the shoes should be in the state highlighted within the first paragraph of this page


  • After we've received your return request, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis to see if the request qualifies for a return
  • If your return is accepted, you would be refunded in full via the original payment method you used to place the order
  • Please allow 14 calendar days at least for the refund to be processed
