Condition Of The Shoes
- Please try your 51 Label shoes on a carpet or a soft surface to prevent marks and scratches from appearing on the soles
- Do note that we only accept returns if the shoes are in the same condition as when you received them with the original packaging
- The shoes should look unworn or unused in general
- We do not accept responsibility for products lost during a return delivery
Starting your Return or Exchange Process

- Your name and order number
- Let us know if it's an exchange or return, we also offer a different design or colour if it's stock!
- Please note that the address for pickup or delivery should be within the same country as stated in the previous order, or additional shipping charges may apply
Thereafter, one of us in the team will contact you personally and take you through every single step. It's hassle-free and convenient.
Exchanges
- For a faster exchange process, we recommend placing a new order and arranging for a return at the same time. As always, we will remain responsive to your questions on the process of doing it, guiding you every step of the way
- One thing we can't guarantee would be the stock availability of the new design/colour that you order
- For products that are not perfect upon unboxing, please contact us at ask@51label.co within 24 hours to arrange for a free return and exchange
Returns
- After we've received your return request, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis to see if the request qualifies for a return
- If your return is accepted, you would be refunded in full via the original payment method you used to place the order
- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed
